Introduction and Definitions

1.1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between cbaji and users of its platform. By accessing services through cbaji's website, mobile application or any other channel, you are fully agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

cbaji provides online betting and casino gaming services for Bangladeshi users. All games, bonus offers and payment services available on the platform are governed by these terms.

Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on cbaji. Operating multiple accounts from a single device, IP address or household is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts may be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbaji reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure secure transactions. Before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age

All cbaji services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. No one under 21 may open an account on cbaji or place any bets or play any casino games. cbaji reserves the right to verify age at any time, and accounts found in breach of this condition will be closed immediately.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

cbaji's services may not be available in certain regions. It is entirely your own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding online gaming in the country or region from which you are using the platform.

3.3 Ineligible Persons

cbaji's officers, employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to claim cbaji's promotional offers. In addition, persons who have registered a self-exclusion due to a gambling problem may not use the service.

Account Security

4.1 Password and Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your cbaji account username and password completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. cbaji will never ask for your password by email or phone. Please notify the support team immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity.

4.2 Account Security Breach

If any financial loss occurs as a result of sharing login details, cbaji will not be liable for that loss. All transactions carried out by a third party using your account will be considered valid unless you have notified cbaji in a timely manner.

4.3 Session Management

For security reasons, cbaji may automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. Always log out after using a public device and be careful not to save your password in the browser.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on cbaji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used for bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all methods). Deposited funds may only be used in the account from which the payment was sent.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it will go through cbaji's verification process.

Completed KYC verification is required to process a withdrawal. If verification is not in place, cbaji reserves the right to hold the withdrawal. Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required to send a withdrawal to a new payment method.

5.3 Bonus-Linked Balance

To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate, and it is not possible to withdraw the bonus portion before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed. The welcome bonus is never paid in cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.

6.2 Other Promotions

cbaji regularly runs various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. cbaji's weekly reload offer gives a 30% deposit bonus up to ৳5,000 with an 18x wagering requirement. The cbaji Slot Adventure bonus gives a 50% deposit bonus in the slots section up to ৳8,000 with a 25x wagering requirement.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user unless the offer states otherwise.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If misuse of a bonus offer is proven, cbaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute less or more towards wagering requirements — see the detailed terms of each offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to any other account.

6.4 VIP Program

cbaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0%. Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses. For example, a Silver member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on continued activity and gaming engagement on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

Once all bets on cbaji are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical problem occurs while placing a bet, cbaji reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the amount. Data recorded in cbaji's system will be considered final when determining bet outcomes.

7.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed before a bet is placed are final. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the change will not apply to that bet. In live betting, odds change continuously and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

cbaji's casino games are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed from within the game. If a software error causes an incorrect winning amount to be displayed, cbaji is not obliged to pay that amount and the relevant round will be considered void. In RNG (Random Number Generator) based games, results are entirely random and previous results do not affect future results.

7.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, cbaji will generally cancel the bet and refund the amount. However, if an event is rescheduled after it has begun, cbaji may apply separate rules in that situation. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections are used to recalculate the relevant odds.

Prohibited Activities

8.1 Explicitly Prohibited

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on cbaji:

• Abusing bonuses by operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software.
• Coordinating with others to claim bonuses or place bets in a combined manner (Collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial irregularities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's name.
• Attempting unauthorised access to cbaji's systems.

Account Suspension and Closure Rules

9.1 Suspension by cbaji

cbaji may temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes, for security reasons or on suspicion of a breach of terms. During a suspension, withdrawals and betting will not be possible. The user will be notified by email about the suspension.

9.2 Closed at User's Request

Any user can contact the cbaji support team directly to request account closure. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their existing balance; however, any bonus with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
